Do I need to be in shape to start?
Not at all — that’s why we’re here. Most of our clients start after long breaks or with no experience at all. We’ll meet you where you are, build your confidence from day one, and progress safely at your pace.
How long are sessions?
Each personal training session runs 35 or 60 minutes. Long enough to get real work done, short enough to fit into a busy schedule. You’ll warm up, train efficiently, and finish feeling energized — not exhausted.
Do you help with nutrition?
Yes. Every personal training client gets simple, sustainable nutrition guidance — no crash diets or complicated tracking apps. We’ll help you understand what to eat, how much protein you need, and how to make it fit your lifestyle.
Can I train with a friend or spouse?
Absolutely. We offer partner training options for two people with similar goals. It’s a fun, motivating way to stay consistent while saving a bit on cost — and still get plenty of personal attention from your coach.
What’s the difference between Personal Training and Small-Group Training?
Personal Training is 100% individualized — your plan, your pace, your coach. It’s ideal if you’re new to strength training, working through an injury, or want focused attention.
Our Small-Group program delivers the same expert coaching and structure, just in a small-pod setting (10-15 people) for a lower investment. Many clients start 1-on-1, then transition into small-group once they feel confident.
What if I have a busy schedule?
That’s exactly who we specialize in helping. We offer flexible morning, midday, and evening time slots so you can train around work, kids, and real life. Even 2 sessions a week can make a huge difference when you have the right plan and accountability.
How soon will I see results?
Most clients feel a difference within the first two weeks — better energy, less joint pain, and more confidence. Visible results typically start showing within 4–6 weeks with consistency. We track your progress through strength, photos, and how you feel — not just the scale.
