Absolutely! We love helping people who are just getting started in their fitness journey as well as seasoned fitness clients. You’ll find members of all levels at our gym and we all work together and challenge each other.
Nope. Our group training memberships are on a biweekly cycle, meaning you’re on a 2 week commitment with us. If you wanted to cancel for whatever reason, you just have to give us a 2 week notice prior to your next billing cycle.
Not a problem! Our job as your coaches is to guide you with exercises that you can do with where you are today.

There is street parking and metered parking around the gym. You can also park at the West New York Municipal lot on 67th street and park avenue located a block away which has ample parking.
No. We offer a group personal training experience that’s unique to us. You will be in a small group of no more than 15 on a BUILD day or 20 on a BURN day. You’ll get safe and effective exercises led by a dedicated coach who will work with you, your goals and where you are today.
