I joined The Strength Center about 3 years ago, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! This gym has exceeded my expectations in every way, from the facilities to the staff and the overall atmosphere. The Strength Center offers a fantastic range of equipment that caters to all kinds of workouts, whether you’re into weightlifting, cardio, or functional fitness. Everything is well-maintained and clean, and there’s enough equipment for everyone. They offer an impressive variety of classes, from high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to strength conditioning. The coaches are enthusiastic and really know their stuff. I love the energy they bring to every session—it keeps me motivated and makes the workouts a lot of fun! Whether you’re just starting out or have been working out for years, The Strength Center has something for everyone. Glad to be part of the SC Familia! I’ve been going to SC since May 2024 3x a week. I wasn’t super consistent at first but since becoming consistent the results I’ve been seeing are amazing! Everyone at SC is so welcoming, you’ll fit right in! S/o to Coach JC for always challenging me and pushing me to my limits. Currently doing my first challenge💪🏼 Can’t wait to see my progress in a few more months! If you’re tired of those big intimidating

Did. Group workouts are fun and intense. They have incredible coaches that get to know your limits and are always there to motivate you to keep going. Coach JC,
Coach Romy have been there to help me improve my form with each of the workouts. They both challenge me each day and know when i can do more. SC is awesome! The workouts are so much fun and challenging, but it’s really the community that makes it great. The coaches are super encouraging and always there to help. Big shoutout to Coach Romy for keeping us pumped and in check/ Coach JC for spotting me on the lifts not letting me ego lift. I look forward to going every day! I have always been someone that went to the regular gym to lift and do cardio.  I wasn't really aware of what a circuit training gym was like.  I had experienced personal training before but that was very expensive at an hourly rate.  My good friend was going to the Strength Center when I had ballooned up in weight as I had always done.  Up and down every few months and years.  Finally I found a gym where the staff is enthusiastic and helpful, want you to get fit for life, and work out with other people who are friendly and act like a family. Its been a great year since I joined.  I signed up to a 8 week challenge where I learned to eat healthy and made the effort to go to 5:30am classes.  I wound up losing 25 lbs and have kept it up since! I am now down 30 lbs overall! I haven't gone this long on my own w/the healthy eating and work out regimen in a very long time.  Coaches Cesar, May, and JC are very down to earth, will take the time to show you technique, and are approachable and will help you if you need to modify your workout, or give you advise for eating healthy, losing weight or gaining muscle. I've been working with Coach JC for over a year now and can't recommend him highly enough! Even after taking time off here and there, his encouragement and motivation always draw me back to training. He has an incredible ability to push me to my limits while still making every session enjoyable. If you're looking for a coach who truly cares and will keep you motivated,  The Strength Center is where to train!
